Every student is required to have a form completed and returned to the school no later than then scheduled photo session date

We are all about making this process as easy to understand as we can. For the years that I have been photographing children in schools, parents have ALWAYS pre-paid, with cash, check or credit card.

Today there is really no difference. Student’s orders must be prepaid.

Yes, there still is an order form. If you do not return an order form return an incomplete order form then we will not process your order.It is your responsibility to have the completed forms returned to your child’s school no later than the day of the school portraits.

To order, please follow these simple instructions:

First, understand the definition of a page:

It is an 8”x10” photographic page that can be configured in a number of ways, i.e. an 8x10 or, 2-5x7 or, 4-3x5 or, 8-wallets or, a mixture, such as: 4 wallets and 1-5x7 (still 1 page) All the configurations are shown on the reverse side of this letter. A package is made from 2 or more pages.

There is a minimum order of 2 pages, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Packages cannot be split between siblings or poses.

Lastly, you can order a digital download of your child. Once we process the portraits, we will email your code for you to choose and download the image of your choice.

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PAYMENTS OF CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID USING OUR ONLINE ORDERING.
